The batting cage or any other practice tool doesn’t simulate a “Real Game!” Matter of fact, nothing does except playing in a real game. So imagine having a mentor/personal coach who has been through it all 9 to 5 at your own disposal whether you are a current player or your child’s parent.

Growing up a little scrawny 5’8” 140lbs High School Senior, I had to teach myself to be my best hitting coach if I ever wanted to be the best baseball player I could possibly imagine. I had the same aspirations just like the other millions of little leagues who dreamt of going to the college of their choice or playing in the big leagues. I was also the underdog and underappreciated. I had to dig deep and find my way out. I wasn’t as big as the rest of the field but I had my work ethic and my “want” to be the best. I had to figure out ways to get myself better and especially I had to learn to hit for more power. Because this was the only thing that was going to open people’s eyes who were scouting me. I learned from some of the best in the game and now I want to give all of this knowledge to you or your child. You have nothing to lose!
MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
4th in voting for MLB Rookie of the Year Awards in 2004 while playing for the Montreal Expos, 1st home run ever hit for the Washington Nationals in 2005, played 5 years overseas in Japan having the most memorable hit award in the past century, Former Minor League Player of the Year, Two Minor League batting titles, 5x Minor league All-Star, College All-American at Long Beach St.
I was a Major League outfielder and 1st baseman four 4 years. I coached in the Chicago Cubs organization in 2015, which I was the hitting coach for their Short Season A-ball club. In 2016-2018 I was the Dodgers Head Double A hitting coach for three seasons where I was fortunate enough to work with players such as Cody Bellinger, Kyle Farmer, Alex Verdugo, Willie Calhoun, Will Smith, Matt Beaty and more. In 2019 I became the Chicago Cubs MLB Assistant Hitting Coach for the next two years. Also, I have done over hundreds of lessons with kids ranging from all ages.
Working side by side with some of the best hitters in the world such as Javier Baez, Jason Heyward, Kris Bryant, Wilson Contreras, and more. Currently, I am a hitting coach with the Arizona Diamondbacks.
I understand every player hits off of their personalities which makes all of us different. This means there is a reason why we all have different stances. I will specifically tailor each weekly drill package on what I believe you need to work on to get to the highest level possible. Whether it has to do with your mechanics, hand speed or finding out what the true mental aspect ALL Major Leaguers have over the rest of the baseball world. I have been coaching & playing my entire life, coaching kids of all ages. What I love is the pleasure in watching players succeed and helping them reach their ultimate goals.
Think about having full one on one access with someone who believed he had zero business making it to the levels he succeeded in but found a way to make it happen. I believe their is a formula for everything and I was skillful enough in formulating a specific formula to make any desirable young baseball make it to the level of their choice.
